Madonna wants the Boy Scouts to lift its ban on gay members. She spoke at the GLADD Media Awards on Saturday night in New York City...wearing a boy Scout uniform. Madonna said she wanted to join but was turned down even though she had all the qualifications: how to build a fire, how to pitch a ten and how to scout for boys. She added. "I think they should change their stupid rules." Madonna was at the event to present CNN's Anderson Cooper with GLADD's Vito Russo Award.
