Moms hiring handicapped tour guides to 'cut' ride lines

“Fox & Friends” reports Manhattan moms are hiring handicapped tour guides from Dream Tours Florida for trips to Disney World so they can cut the long ride lines. Daily Mail says the company is run by Ryan Clement and his girlfriend Jacie Christiano, who one mom says was her paid guide, but Clement denies she uses her disability to help others cut lines. New York Post says these “black market guides” cost $130 an hour, much cheaper than the Disney-run VIP tour with fast passes for $380 an hour.
