Police: Woman arrested for DUI was celebrating end of earlier DUI
Erin James of Illinois is under arrest for driving under the influence for the second time in two years. In fact, Riverside Police say she was out celebrating the return of her driver's license when she was pulled over for speeding and handed the second DUI. That's not irony, that's stupidity. Patrick Jones reports.
