'The X Factor': Demi Takes Mic From Simon, Slams His Contestants
Judge Demi Lovato had it out for boy band Emblem 3 on “The X Factor.” She attacked the group before they even took the stage, while mentor Simon Cowell was trying to introduce them. Then, after Emblem 3’s unplugged performance of Bruno Mars’ “Just the Way You Are,” Demi hit the boys again. “I feel like it’s a downgraded version of the Jonas Brothers five years ago,” she said. Simon defended his group, telling Demi her Jonas comment was “incredibly dumb.”
