Chris Brown's Controversial Halloween Costume
Chris Brown is the king of controversy. This year he dressed up like a member of the Taliban for Halloween. Breezy donned a head wrap, a fake bushy beard and prop machine gun. The controversy comes just days after an Irish Band, The Rude Boys, declined to join Chris during his Dublin concert in an effort to take a stand against domestic violence.
