Cody Simpson joins Justin Bieber's 'Believe' tour
Cody Simpson just signed on to join Justin Bieber as his opening act for the 'Believe' tour.The 15-year-old is currently on a 60-day tour as the opening act for Big Time Rush, which ends on September 21st. The 'Believe' tour, which also features Carly Rae Jepsen as an opening act, kicks off on September 29th.
