Issac May Become Hurricane Over Fla. Keys
National Hurricane Center Rick Knabb held a briefing on the Tropical Storm Isaac Sunday morning. Knabb says the Isaac could increase to hurricane strength by the time it reaches the Florida keys. (Aug. 26)
