Buckeyes rely on freshmen

Saturday, October 11, 2008

Ohio State is starting two freshmen in quarterback Terrelle Pryor and center Mike Brewster, making the Buckeyes one of three teams in the AP top 25 to have two true freshmen listed as starters on this week's depth chart, joining Alabama and Georgia.

Here's the complete list:

Ohio State (2): QB Terrelle Pryor, C Mike Brewster

Alabama (2): WR Julio Jones, LB Don'ta Hightower

Georgia (2): C Ben Jones, WR A.J. Green

Texas (1): S Blake Gideon

BYU (1): WR O'Neill Chambers

Ebony Fashion Fair

International fashion flair will rock Dayton a week earlier than usual. The Ebony Fashion Fair, a longtime day-after-Thanksgiving tradition, catwalks into the Dayton Convention Center on Friday, Nov. 21. Tickets are $25 to $30. The traveling fashion show is expected to raise $10,000 to $12,000 for National Council of Negro Women programs. More »
