This small urban park situated on a high bank above the Great Miami River offers scenic views of the river and City of Dayton - and a wildlife viewing area. Steps lead down to the river for a closer look.

Wildlife Observation Area: This observation area is across the river from downtown Dayton and is within walking distance for 65,000 people in the urban community. This observation area at the confluence of the Great Miami River and the Wolf Creek and in the shadow of the downtown skyline supports incredible wildlife diversity, including riverine invertebrates, turtles and the yellow crowned night heron, which nests in only a few places in all of Ohio.
