Summer festivals and fairs

Please submit the following information:

The deadlines for print consideration are as follows: June festivals - May 22, July festivals - June 19, August festivals - July 17

4th of July events, parades, fireworks

Please submit the following information:

• Venue name/Street address
• If a parade, please indicate route locations in description
• Cost (if any)
• Special activities, parking information
• Sponsoring organization
• A publishable phone number

• Anything else we should know

The deadline for print consideration is June 12.

Fall festivals and fairs

Please submit the following information:

The deadlines for print consideration are as follows: September festivals - August 21, October festivals - September 18 

Corn Mazes

Please submit the following information:

• Maze name
• Street address/name of venue (if different from maze)
• Days/dates/times (open and close)
• Pricing
• Description of the maze (include rules, restrictions)
• Website
• Information phone number

The deadline for print consideration is August 16.

Haunted houses

If you are in charge of a haunted house/trail/hayride/etc., please submit the following information:

• Haunt name
• Street address/venue name if different from haunt
• Days/dates/times (open and close)
• Pricing
• Description of the haunt (types of scares, what to expect)
• Rules/restrictions/warnings
• Website
• Information phone number

The deadline for print consideration is September 11.

Other Halloween events

Please submit the following information about your Halloween events:

• Event name
• Street address

• Special activities/description
• Sponsoring organization
• A publishable phone number

The deadline for print consideration is October 11.

Holiday bazaars

Please submit the following information:

• Bazaar name
• Location/street address

Bazaars will be published monthly for October, November and December. The deadlines for print consideration will be during the month prior to publication.

Note: All events will appear online. We try to include every item in print, but volume means publication isn't guaranteed and that receipt cannot be acknowledged.

We no longer accept events via email, fax or U.S. mail. Events must be submitted online for possible inclusion in our print listings or to be listed in our online events. If you are new to entering your events online, then you will need to sign up for an account. It's easy, free and puts you in control of your event listings. Please note that the deadline for possible inclusion in most of our print products is two weeks before the publication date.
