High clouds linger through Sunday evening, and will thicken overnight says Storm Center 7 Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs. Tracking some possible showers Sunday evening and overnight, mainly to the south and west. Temperatures will fall to near 50 degrees by Monday morning.

Monday, a warm front will bring showers and perhaps a few thunderstorms. Nothing severe is expected, and scattered. Highs will reach the lower 70, a bit closer to normal. Due to the low potential for of precipitation, Memorial Day celebrations should continue without issue. Just make sure to have the umbrella and raincoat on hand if necessary.

Tuesday, more showers and a few thunderstorms are possible, mainly north. Even warmer with highs near 80 degrees.

The rest of the week is looking spectacular. Plenty of sunshine with highs in the 80s, but more humid.
