Fireworks show lights up Carillon Park

DAYTON —
Some Daytonians celebrated the holiday weekend by attending the Heritage Festival at Carillon Historical Park.
Live music, historical presentations, special activities and local artists were among the many activities festival-goers enjoyed during the day.
In the evening a free concert featuring the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra and Dayton Ballet was held at 7 p.m. and led into the grand fireworks finale that began just after 9 p.m.
Admission to the festival was free and was presented by Dayton History and their sponsors.
