Will go back

Our group of 4 went for a late supper and thoroughly enjoyed the food. They were out of one brand of Indian beer, but that was minor. The server did not seem to understand when we asked questions about the food, but the owner (?) was very helpful in explaining the different dishes. It was a bit pricey, but we thought the portions and quality were worth it.

Pretty good but expensive.

I have been there only once so far, and that was for lunch. I had the lunch buffet and my wife ordered off the menu. It was over $25 for the 2 of us! The food is good, not great, but my real complaint is the way the lunch buffet is laid out. Everything is in separate chafing dishes with a sloppy plate for a spoon rest in front of it. Not very appetizing. I will go back for at least another visit to see if things improve. If not, I will stick to Ajanta in Kettering.

I am new to dayton but i have eaten at some of the best Indian food in India like Bukhara in Delhi, Haveli,Oberoi ofcourse they are the best. But the food at Kohinoor was very good. They really gave us very good service and Experiance at kohinoor. I am not sure about other restaurants because i didnt get chance to visit them. But i think i got hooked up to there service and food at my first visit.
