The 25th annual Dayton Band Playoffs began at Canal Street Tavern in early June with 24 competitors with no dominant style. Bands ranged from hard rockers (Savant, Six Cloves) and acoustic rock (Goodfoot, Alec Delphenich Trio) to groove bands (Boondah, SOL) and pop acts (Atticus Loud, Stump).
