- What is your latest release, where can people find it and how does it differ from past offerings?
My latest is "Dress Code EP," and it's a digital-only release on sale now at iTunes, Amazon and other download stores worldwide. This is different because my last two projects were self-releases, but the "Dress Code EP" has been released by Phuture Trax Records, an indie dance/house music label from Chicago.
- If you had a musical motto, what would it be?
Groove with attitude.
- If you could've written any famous song, what would it be and why?
"Happy Birthday To You." It's one of the most well-known and most-performed songs ever.
- What is the most unique characteristic of you as an artist?
I don't listen to just one kind of music, and I like to mix things up. I do dance music, but it has some rock and funk influences.
- If you could seek musical advice from one music icon, who would it be and what would you ask?
Prince. I'd ask him about songwriting, guitar playing, being a one-man band in the studio and his thoughts about the music business.
