I’ve belonged to a variety of fitness facilities in the Dayton area and did not get the gains that I have made in 2 yrs. at Cardinal Fitness. Clean/basic gym/free wts and machines/ 19.95 per mo/management staff that is attentive to your needs. 3 locations in Dayton and now Columbus. My experience has only been positive at Cardinal. They are not contract driven so no hard sales. Give it a shot!

Studio Zumba is fantastic. I love the fact that I ddo not have to pay a membership fee, or have a set time that I have to go to classes. I can go morning or evening any day of the week that it is convenient for me e. Also the person who said Zumba is just another Jan Fonda fad is so totally wrong. I did the Jane Fonda workout, way back when and there was nothing fun about it. It was the same old workout routine that I had to make myself do. I can’t wait till my next Zumba class

I believe you misspelled STUDIO ZUMBA Mike. While you are entitled to your own opinion about whom you like best I have personally trained with them and am not sure what questions you might have asked but they are VERY knowledgable.

Studio Zumba rocks. It may be smaller than some on the list but they make up for it in knowledge and creativity. Lots of different type classes make it appealing to everyone. They have that personal touch that larger gyms lack.

NeoLimits is the ticket……great place, great people, awesome trainers….Stuido Zumbia I checkedddd out but just did not feel like a training and real gym. The trainers where I felt over cheerful and lack knowledge of the art of excersize when asked. Now, go to NeoLimits and you ask and receive great knowledge and workout from their staff…you guys rock!!!

Kira’s is a gem! we are soooo lucky to have this studio here in the midwest let alone in Dayton! It’s one of the biggest most beautiful and professionally run belly dance studios in the nation! There is always so much going on there, Zumba, yoga, swing dance, latin dance and exercise classes. Way to go Kira!!!!!!!!!!!!

Femme Fatale is the best thing to happen to me in a long time. I’ve always been someone that has had a lot of trouble with my self esteem. Jackie and her instructors are so incouraging and the classes really do make me feel sexy; something I haven’t felt in a long time. Pole fitness is my favorite, but the other classes they have (especially the burlesque) are really amazing too. Jackie told me that her goal is to empower women while getting an amazing workout; and she does exactly that!

I don’t know how you can call an exercise program (ZUMBA) that has an international following a “fad,” but regardless STUDIO Zumba Fitness is THE best exercise facility around. In addition to ZUMBA, they also have an ACSM certified personal trainer with a degree in exercise physiology, weight training classes taught by very experienced instructors who hold ACE and AFAA certifications, Yoga, Pilates, Pole Fit, Kids ZUMBA and a variety of specialty classes for every fitness level.

Although many of these places are great, my vote is for Studio Zumba. Its a small family run studio and it offers more than just Zumba!! The Jones have been on the news several times and always make you feel welcome!!

In order to get Active, you have to go Urban. Zumba is another Jane Fonda fad, UA has a long lasting effect on your health and well being. Although they have Zumba too…lol I was fond of Champions when Larry had it going.

Kira’s Oasis is a fantastic place to get a good workout, meet other ladies who enjoy similar interests and have a great time, while getting better attuned to the kind of exercise that your body needs. The staff are friendly and supportive and very friendly. I am a “senior citizen” and I am so comfortable coming to the Oasis for my dance class.

I’m grateful for exercise that lovingly nurtures Body, Mind and Spirit! With graceful feminine moves, beautiful music, fun, awareness of different cultures, and adventurous women, exercise becomes something to really look forward to! The physical benefits are a wonderful by-product. The women at Kira’s Oasis are supportive, beautiful, and amazing!

In my opinion Studio Zumba is the best facility in Dayton. I love the place. Folks are warm and and friendly, you never feel out of place. The whole ZUMBA concept is remarkable. Everyone should try it. Doug and Joan and the entire staff are awesome. My fav instructor of course is Ms. Elizabeth.

STUDIO ZUMBA by far is the best. You don’t even know your workng out. It’s more like a party but before you know it you’ve burned hundreds of calories. Most results I’ve ever gotten in the shortest amount of time.
