I really enjoy Nashville IN in Brown County. Brown County State Park is really nice to stay at the lodge, go camping, hiking, horseback riding and more. There are hotels and bed and breakfast places and great shops in town. Beautiful place in the fall.

Metamora, IN should be on the list. Pretty close to Dayton and it’s just a really nice place to visit.

Murphin Ridge Inn in Adams County (West Union) is a great weekend getaway. A relaxing area, trails to hike, quiet, and SUPERB food. With a few extra coins, try a cabin; you will love it.

All of these are fun, but Hocking Hills is such a scenic and quiet area. For a true getaway, it’s the best.
