The best dounuts are Abbeys in Fairborn . They are very fresh. The cream filled dounuts are the best.

Bill’s Doughnuts are completely yucky. Their votes are for their place in Centerville tradtion, I’m thinking, which is an understandable thing, but if the Bill’s loyal customers traveled around and open-mindedly TRIED other doughnuts, they’d figure this out.

Everybody knows the best donuts in the world come from Schuler’s Bakery in Springfield!

Stan the Donut Man used ot be the best in the biz, but once the store was sold, and DESC turned into whatever it is now, the quality, variety, and service has gone down quite a bit. still worth going to though.

my husband saw a worker at Stan the Donut Man accidentally drop a donut, pick it up off the floor, and put it back on the tray.

Jim’s Donuts In Vandalia Has To Be The Institution Of Donuts. I Grew Up With Jim’s And I Always Love Coming Back!!!

Donut Shoppe in Lebanon is the best. Donut Haus shorted me a PB&J donut once. You never do that to a fat guy. Dunkin Donuts closes @ 11, and still charge fuull-price for hard/stale donuts @10:59. That’s not good business.

I love Jims doughnuts myself!! They are the fluffiest, sweetest, most delicable doughnuts that anyone could ever put their lips on, and the best part is that they are open 24 hours a day. Truly these doughnuts are something to consider when starting your tedious day.

Has anyone tried Abbey’s Donuts in Fairborn at 344 W.Garland Ave? They are the freshest, filled to the max and best tasting I have ever had. Too bad they weren’t on the list. Try them. You won’t be disappointed. Every donut I have tasted from there, was A - One.

Krispy Kreme, you have GOT to try them! They are simply delicious and melt in your Mouth! A couple times a day, they sell them hot, and mmmm are they ever good, with that delicious tasting icing on them! Man! They are fresh and soft every day! YOU must try them! They are located on Dorthy Lane Highway….stop by and try! you’ll be glad you did!

Jim’s donuts are the BEST! Always fresh. The Apple Fritters are so large they can be shared at the office with several coworkers and the cake donuts with chocolate icing are my favorite!

Where was everyone mentioning these places not on the abllot when it was time for nominations. You folks have nobody to blame but yourselves if your place doesn’t win. Jim’s wasn’t on the initial ballot but I nominated it and it’s doing well. I always have wanted to stop at the Donut Palace. Guess I’ll have to next time I’m driving up Salem. This suburbanite isn’t scared.

Der Dutchman in Waynesville has the BEST Baked goods anywhere. The donuts are tops and the cakes and cookies are out of this world. Worth the drive. Woody Bowman started the restaurant and the baking still follows in his footsteps.

Jim’s Doughnuts in Vandalia are excellent. I’ve had Bill’s and they’re pretty good, but usually a little dry/hard.

There are no bad donut places. But Bill’s in Centerville is the best, with Jim’s in Vandalia a very close second.
