Ellen, I agree with you totally about Amber Rose. I went there as a child when it was Sigs neighborhood store and then the sub shop and then Amber Rose and it has only gotten better since Joe took it over from Elinor. Keep doing the great job Amber Rose, we do appreciate you and ignore comments from people like Irving, he doesn’t get out of the back of the Sysco truck too often!

Irving, you are an idiot! Anyone who has ever been to Amber Rose knows that EVERYTHING is made homemade, sounds like you came off a frozen sysco truck and your brain hasn’t unthawed. And if you seem to know that it hasn’t been good for the last 5 years then why do you keep going? As far as employees being pitiful by voting over and over, read the rules moron, you can only vote from each computer once, considering they have over 200 votes and about a dozen employees I’d say that’s impossible!

My husband have celebrated anniversary’s at Carver’s and love the atmosphere and food. My son recently became engaged to his girlfriend there. The service is outstanding also.

Amber Rose has not had decent food or atmosphere for many years. They must have a staff member sitting there voting time after time. Pretty pitiful. Their food comes out of the frozen Sysco truck.
