The small places are th best - like Little Siagon and Saim Pad Thai.
Seating is tight in both restaurants, but the food is awesome! Better service too

Thai Kitchen is better than Thai 9, those are the only two places I’ve been on the list.

Pearl Bay is really nice. I think the food is top notch and the pricing is right for the portions. My personal pick is Thai 9. The only thing I dislike about Thai 9 is the parking and being in Sayton/Oregon

I would have said China Cottage in the past but I ate at two locations recently and it was not the same quality as a few years ago. I was sad to see that because it was always our #1 choice before.
