Tasting wine with true bipartisanship
It’s a fabulous post-election wine-tastings list this week, with a lot going on, including an anniversary tasting at the Wine Gallery & Cafe and a visit to Arrow Wine Far Hills by none other than Peggy Fleming (sometimes I wonder who isn’t making wine these days …) (SECOND note: this tasting is not next week but is Tuesday, Nob. 18.)
Many thanks to the wine listserv that compiles these tastings, which serve as the perfect antidote to post-election stress disorder and to post-time-change disorder as well. So sayeth Dr. Fisher.
And it looks like yet another new entry is coming to the list: I got the following email from Jeffrey Aylor , owner of the Culinary Company in the Cross Pointe shopping center in Centerville (In addition to a good selection of wines, the place has a fabulous selection of craft beers):
