C’est Tout to host annual Goose Dinner holiday special Dec. 20-24
OAKWOOD — C’est Tout a Bistro, 2600 Far Hills Ave., will host its annual holiday goose dinner on five consecutive evenings, Dec. 20 through Dec. 24. C’est Tout chef-owner Dominique Fortin said this year’s dinner is in memory of Dieter Krug, the former executive chef and co-owner of l’Auberge who collaborated with Fortin on this special C’est Tout menu in previous years, and who died in 2009 while visiting family in Germany. The special menu offerings will include Oysters Rockefeller ($12.95) and Roasted Goose with Red Cabbage and Spatzle ($29.95). The regular dinner menu is also available during those five evenings. The restaurant’s dinner hours are 5 to 10 p.m. on weekdays, and to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Call (937) 298-0022 for more information or to make reservations.
