Opening Day today for new Italian restaurant at The Greene

Joya’s Bistro, the new Italian restaurant at The Greene, is scheduled to open at 5:30 p.m. today, April 6, owner Greg Januleski said this afternoon.

The restaurant will be open for dinner and late-night hours through this weekend, and will launch lunch service and its regular hours, 11 a.m. to 2:30 a.m., on Monday, April 11, Januleski said.

The restaurant is located at 81 Magnolia Lane on the eastern edge of the shopping, entertainment and residential complex, near the Von Maur department store.

The independent restaurant will seat about 90 diners inside and another 40 on a patio, and will open with about 25 employees, Januleski said.
