Take a ‘sneak peek’ (and taste) of Restaurant Week menus

MIAMI TWP., Montgomery County — Seventeen Dayton-area restaurants will offer a sneak peek at what they’ll be offering during the upcoming Winter Restaurant Week at a preview party from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19, at the White Allen European Auto Group showroom at 648 N. Springboro Pike.

Restaurants scheduled to serve at the event include Savona, C’est Tout, McCormick & Schmick’s, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, The Caroline, Coco’s Bistro, Hawthorn Grill, The Dock, Sweeney’s, Jay’s, Bahn Mai Thai, El Meson, Fresco, Side Bar, Rue Dumaine, Brixx Ice Company and Giovanni’s.

Tickets for the Sneak Peek to Winter Restaurant Week are $30 in advance and $35 at the door, and include two drink tickets and all food samples. Tickets can be ordered online at www.dineoutdayton.org and can be purchased at Bath Fitter, DayAir Credit Union, White Allen European Auto Group, Urban Loft and The Dayton Alzheimer’s Association.

This year’s Winter Restaurant Week will be Jan. 23-28; participating restaurants will offer a special three-course menu for $25.11 and will donate $1 to local charities. This year’s beneficiaries include the Foodbank, For the Love of Children, and The Dayton Alzheimer’s Association.
