Papa John’s offering two-pies-for-$11.11 special on 1-11
The Papa John’s Pizza chain is seizing upon Tuesday’s distinctive date — 1-11-11 — for a special promotion offering two one-topping pizzas for $11.11.
The offer is described in a Papa John’s news release this way: “Consumers who purchase a large one-topping pizza for $11 can purchase a second large one-topping pizza for only 11 cents.” The offer is available for delivery and carryout orders at “participating restaurants,” so you may want to check ahead of time if your neighborhood Papa John’s will offer the promotion.
A spokeswoman for Louisville-based Papa John’s said customers must mention the promotion when ordering, and she made it clear that the offer applies only to one-topping pizzas.

“The Papa John’s brand stands for quality and that quality brings families and friends together to enjoy great tasting pizza on all occasions, even ones that only come around once in a century,” said Doug Hoffman, Director of Operations, Papa John’s Ohio. “We want to have a little fun with the calendar date and encourage pizza eaters to taste Papa John’s again or for the first time with a one-day only special price.
