Oregon District restaurants join spooky ‘dine-around’
DAYTON — Oregon District art galleries and restaurants are participating in a “District Dine-Around and Haunted Walking Tour” progressive dinner from 5:30 to 10 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 27. The event begins at Elaine Balsley Fine Art at 523 E. Fifth St. with appetizers provided by Jay’s Restaurant, followed by a tour of a haunted mansion in the Oregon District. Attendees will then break into two groups for dinner, one dining at Coco’s Bistro, the other at Side Bar restaurant. The groups will gather again at “My Grandfather’s Garden” at 251 Green St. for story-telling from Brother Wolf and desserts provided by Side Bar. Tickets are $50 and are available here at the Miami Valley Restaurant Association website.
