Savona chef-owner to lead cooking demo at Cooks’Wares
Keith Taylor, owner and executive chef of Savona Restaurant and Wine Bar in Centerville, will lead a cooking demonstration entitled “Savona — From Local Farmers’ Markets to Your Table” from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, July 19 at Cooks’Wares at 756 N. Main Street St. (Ohio 741) in Settler’s Walk in Springboro.
The menu for the cooking class will include Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho, Grilled Jerk-seasoned Tiger Shrimp with a Sweet Corn Salsa, Berkshire Pork Medallions with Chipotle Barbecue Sauce and Fingerling Potato Salad, and Blackberry Fool.
