Buyer emerges for Max & Erma’s
The Max & Erma’s restaurant chain, which filed for bankruptcy last October, will be purchased out of bankruptcy for an estimated $24.6 million in cash and assumed debt if a judge approves the sale, according to this Nation’s Restaurant News story and a reorganization plan filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Pittsburgh.
The casual-dining chain has four Dayton-area locations, according to its web site:in Beavercreek, Butler Twp./Miller Lane, Springboro and inside the Dayton International Airport.
