Quiznos lawsuit settlement could cost millions

All is not sweetness and light behind the scenes at Quiznos, at least not between franchise owners and the parent company, according to this story from Nation’s Restaurant News entitled “Quiznos could pay millions in settlement”.

A settlement that could cost the company $100 million? Ouch. What must Quiznos’ attorneys feared would happen at trial, I wonder?

And one other purely rhetorical question: are there entire law schools cropping up just to produce attorneys for restaurant-related lawsuits?

Just wondering …

I agree with the others who wonder “where’s the beef?” in this article. There’s not even a hint as to the nature of the suit. Fisher’s an idiot!

Instead of referring to these lawyers as “Ambulance-Chasers” they should be called “Food Delivery-Chasers.”

Someone didn’t get their sub toasted? Yep I’d sue for that too.

Looks like they been doing shady buiseness. Oh well. Dayton’s original oven baked subs are still the best. Try El Grecos on Salem Ave…soooo good.

I love their subs, toasty goodness. Although their commercials are a bit risque, “Scott, put it in me” I feel dirty after watching.

Is it too much to ask that the article actually tell us what the basis of the lawsuit was to begin with??

As usual, another lame article that you may comment on. Anything with any controversy cannot be commented on. Yea DDN?

Obviously these lawsuits have much more to do with the legality of contracts than food. Sheesh!!!
