Free burritos today at new Chipotle in Huber Heights
A new Chipotle Mexican Grill will offer a “Free Burrito Day” today, on Thursday, Oct. 23, and will officially open on Friday, Oct. 24 at 7767 Old Troy Pike in Huber Heights.
The food giveaway will run from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. today, Oct. 23. Customers can receive a free burrito and a soft drink of their choice, with, as a Chipotle press release puts it, “no strings attached.”
Starting Friday, Oct. 24, the restaurant’s hours will be from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The Huber Heights Chipotle’s phone number is (937) 242-6900.
The Denver-based Chipotle Mexican Grill chain operates 775 restaurants nationwide, including seven others in the Dayton area.

i think it’s great that Chipotle is giving away free burritos. it’s good publicity for new customers, plus existing customers will be impressed by the free food. i just hope my mom will want to go once she gets home from work :)

So, has anybody either been there in the last hour or so, or driven by there that can give a report to how many people are there/how long the wait is etc.? I’d like to go, but if the line is longer than an hour or so, it is not worth it (of course, I would be dragging the whole family along!!)

I got in line today around 10:30 and only had to wait about 15 min after they opened the doors. Of course the line after I left was twice as long as when I got there and around the building, so I got there at the right time.

I like Chipotle but it’s not worth the long wait. The line was around the building. Car loads are pulling out and taking turns waiting in line. Once they get close to the front, they all join the other in line.

I think it is WONDERFUL that they are finally opening some of the same eateries as is over on Miller Lane.. Chipotles is a great place to eat and you definately get your monies worth there.. Burrito bowls are the best.. Now if they would just open a stand alone Starbucks then life would be good!!!

Chipotle is good but Hot Head Burrito is better. But of course, anything free trumps all.

Yeah! What a positive way to start a new business. Chipotle is a wonderfully progressive company and I certainly welcome businesses like that into the Miami Valley!
