She offers these tips for couponers:
Stay organized. Dunham keeps her coupons in a three-ring binder and uses baseball card inserts to hold the coupons.

When you print online coupons, be sure to change your computer settings to cheaper black and white printing.
Use a coupon-clipping service that provides manufacturers’ coupons and rebate forms for a small handling fee. One Ohio-based site is couponcarryout.com.
Be sure to “like” your favorite retailers’ Facebook pages to keep abreast of special offers.
