Dancing with the Stars - Week 8 Update
It’s just two weeks to go until we get to the finale of season 7 -Dancing with the Stars (DWTS)! Some of you have suggested Brooke is your favorite to win while a few others have suggested it will be Maurice - so who’s right? We’ll have to wait a few more weeks and all will be revealed.
As DWTS pushes towards the for the semi-finals the dancers will be dancing two dances tonight (Nov. 10), including a solo routine.

Cody Linley & Edyta Sliwinska
Tonight’s dance - The Fox Trot Solid performance - but was it good enough? Judges Comments
Len Goodman - 8 - I was pleasantly surprised.
Bruno Tonioli - 8 - Your most grown-up performance to date.
Carrie Ann Inaba - 8 - I loved your performance. Total Score 24 out of 30
Brooke Burke & Derek Hough
Tonight’s dance - The Tango Another strong performance, but it seemed to be missing the energy

Len Goodman - 8 - It was riddled with mistakes.
Bruno Tonioli - 10 - Stunning.
Carrie Ann Inaba - 10 - That is why you are the last woman standing. Total Score 28 out of 30
Maurice Greene & Cheryl Burke
Tonight’s dance - The Quickstep Near Flawless performance - I wish they just had a little more chemistry.

Bruno Tonioli - 9 - That was a classic dance in the classic style - I really, really enjoyed it.

Tonight’s dance - The Tango Warren seems to have lost the magic - although the crowd liked it - perhaps I missed something.

Tonight’s dance - The Mambo I’m not sure about the dance but the finish was amazing.
Len Goodman - 8 - i thought you’ve done two really good dances.
Bruno Tonioli - 8 - You definitely have the mambo fever…
Carrie Ann Inaba -8 - A for effort - A for Energy - it was a little erratic. Total Score 24 out of 30 - Total for the night 55 out of 60

Tonight’s dance - The Mambo That was the Brooke and Derek we’ve come to know this season.

Len Goodman - 8- Very ambitious performance.
Bruno Tonioli - 9- you could revive the dead… you are a great dancer.

Tonight’s dance - The Paso Doble Without the movement of the fabric during Maurice’s solo I would have thought I was looking at a still photo.

Warren Sapp & Kym Johnson
Tonight’s dance - The Jive That’s the Warren we’ve come to know this season. His moves were filled with energy and fun - making it a fun dance to watch. The crowd agreed.

It seems we are at the point in the season when the dancers are losing steam as evidenced by several lack luster performances. Any thoughts about who gets voted off this week? I’d wager it’s Cody or Warren… thoughts anyone?

I’m ready for pidgeon toed Lance to GO! He’s a whiner not a winner! I’m rooting for Brooke & Derek! I love Warren too although he is looking a bit worn out these days.
