Search starts for 2011 ‘Dayton Icon’

For the third year, the Fox and Hound in Beavercreek is hosting Dayton Icon, a search for the best karaoke singer in the area. The audition process kicks off Jan. 17. The top performers from a series of Monday night auditions will then face off in the semifinals and finals.

Where: Fox and Hound, 2661 Fairfield Commons Blvd., Beavercreek

Kings Landing

Local country rockers Kings Landing are throwing a party at Dixie Cowgirls this Saturday to celebrate being named the No. 1 request on Wolf Country 101 radio.

They”ll have free food and drink specials including discounted buckets of domestic beer.
