Call it Dayton’s own Fashion Week
If you couldn’t make it to New York for Fashion Week, don’t despair! Two fashion events taking place in the Miami Valley should help satiate your hunger for hot new labels and must-have shoes.
Young and Reckless Fashion Show
Even fans of Kettering native Rob Dyrdek’s shows “Fantasy Factory” and “Rob and Big” may not know that Dyrdek’s cousin, assistant and TV sidekick Chris “Drama” Pfaff has his own clothing line.
Check out a showcase of the “Young and Reckless” line (youngandreckless.com) and possibly score some giveaways at Club Vex this Saturday. Super Natural Clothing also will be on display. 18 and up welcome.

Joey Eric Fall Fashion Show
See some of the hottest trends for fall are on display at Joey Eric (joeyeric.com) at The Greene on Saturday.
They’ve got a true red carpet vibe going with a live DJ, appetizers from Bar Louie and celeb-worthy swag bags for the first 50 guests that include free movie tickets, Cheryl & Co. cookies, a complimentary haircut at Lucid Salon and more. They’ll also be giving away lots of great items and crowning Joey Eric’s Top Model 2010.

Save the date! “Fall Into Fashion” show
South Beach will host a fashion runway show next weekend featuring designs from Francesca’s Collection at the Greene.
Ladies get in free before 11 p.m. and the first 50 ladies receive a free L.A. Tan gift bag containing tanning products and more. They’ll also have drink specials on L.A. Tan Bombs and Sex on the Beach cocktails. 18 and up welcome.
