Spring Break, pajamas and rock ‘n’ wrestling at area bars this weekend
Who says weekends in Dayton are dull? This weekend you can wear your pajamas to the bar, head to a Spring Break Bash without leaving home or just catch some professional wrestling.
Spring Break in the Burg, Thursday, April 23
It’s time for Miamisburg’s annual Spring Break Bash. This year, your passport for the night is $2 and gets you a half-priced drink at each of seven locations, plus free carriage rides between locations and free appetizers from 6 to 8 p.m. Get your passport stamped at each bar, and enter it to win prizes at the end of the night. Participating bars, most providing entertainment, are: TJ Chumps, A Taste of Wine, Chimney’s Inn, Ron’s Pizza & Tavern, Bullwinkle’s, The American Legion and Good Time Charlies.

Pajama Party at Top Dog Saloon, Friday, April 24
Enjoy the psychedelic stylings of jam band The Fuzzballzz at Fairborn’s Top Dog Saloon this Friday. The best part is you don’t even have to get dressed. Wear your PJs to the bar and drink up with specials all night long, including the band’s signature drink, The Fuzzball.

Rock ‘n’ Wrestling II at Aquarius, Saturday, April 25
If you missed the first Rock ‘n’ Wrestling event in February, you get another chance to experience this unique blend of live music and professional wrestling. The event will feature performances by local rock bands Orange Willard and the Goody Two Shoes as well as four wrestling matches. The main event is a tag-team grudge match: “The Icon” Cody Hawk and Benjamin Kimera vs. the Punk Rock Rebellion (featuring local musician-turned-wrestler GeeGee Bradley of Dayton punk band Legbone).
