Inaugural Cocktail Recipes
While many Daytonians are celebrating the inauguration of the 44th President of the United States locally, CNBC has assembled a list of the cocktails being served at several of the inaugural balls for us to try at home.
Here’s two of the seven recipes.

cnbc.comThe recipe: 1 ounce Pomegrante Liqueur 1 ounce black cherry rum 1 ½ ounce pomegranate cherry juice ½ oz fresh sour
The Garnish: White fondant mini stars Blueberries
Cut the mini stars out. Using water, gently wet the back of each star and press into the inside of the cocktail glass. Let sit for five minutes.
Fill mixing glass with all ingredients. Add ice to tin. Shake well and strain into star-studded cocktail glass. Garnish with blueberries on a pick.

The Diamond Raspberry Rickey
The recipe:cnbc.com2 ounces Tanqueray No. Ten gin 1 ounce Daily’s Bar syrup 1 ounce fresh lime juice 1/4 ounce Daily’s Caribbean Groove Raspberry 4 fresh raspberries Top with Sierra Mist
Combine all ingredients, except Sierra Mist, in a mixing glass. Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice. Top with Sierra Mist and stir.
