What’s your favorite love song?
With Valentine’s Day less than a month away and wedding season upon us, it’s time to ask… What’s your favorite love song?
Is yours a classic that your parents might have loved as well, something a little more current or something totally offbeat and unexpected?
My personal favorite is “Can’t Help Falling In Love With You” by Elvis. It’s got a timeless quality that I’ve not found in any other love song.
So what’s yours?

Very nice, “Walrus”, you beat me to it. And yes, Frank Sinatra once said it was the best love song ever written and it’s been copied by more people in more languages than Quaker has oats. I might add “Can’t Live” by Harry Nillson (John Lennon’s buddy during his “lost summer” while in LA) which was also done by Mariah Carey who did a fairly good job on it. Also, “How Can You Mend a Broken Heart” by the Bee Gees.By Mr. Mustard

“My Romance” (Richard Rodgers, Lorenz Hart), written for the musical “Jumbo” in 1935. The list of artists who have recorded it is very long, including Doris Day, Ella Fitzgerald, Carly Simon, Mel Torme, The Supremes, Tony Bennett, and Frank Sinatra. I like the James Taylor cover.By Patman
