Easter Bunny trauma?
Warning: This one’s not for the kids who still believe.
Is it just me or are the mall Easter Bunnies looking worse and worse these days? Sometimes I see one that’s reasonably adorable (though still looking nothing like a bunny) but most of the time they are frightening. And, well, ugly.
A friend of mine recently told me she wasn’t going to take her young child to see the Easter Bunny because she didn’t want to scar her for life. I don’t blame her.
Some of these bunnies look like they are about to eat the small children on their laps and I saw a photo of one the other day that looked almost as though it was wearing a bath robe instead of a suit. What is going on here?
