Soooo disappointed to see that another restaurant took the lead over the weekend!
Regardless of the results, Kohinoor Palace is the best and if this contest does nothing more
than get the name out - then it’s done what is needed! Go - take a friend, tell your friends -
support & welcome them to the Dayton area! We love love love the owners & the
wonderful food!
Great Food and service. We love Amer India food. The Quality of food is excellent and very friendly staff.I would highly recommend Amer India to everyone.
If you have not experienced Kohinoor, your taste buds are missing out! Not only will you enjoy delicious food you will enjoy authentic Indian food at its finest. Jesse and her husband are certainly down to earth honest and genuinely nice people. There warm welcome and kind hearts make this dining experience a must. Jesse and her husband work very hard to make sure the food that is served exceeds the highest expectations.
Kohinoor comes highly recommended!—Christina Brown
I am a curry buff, and have been to numerous Indian resturants but I found Kohinor
has been the best on my list. When it comes to food, authenticity
and distinct flavor, you will find it all at Kohinor. I love there food go try it yourself.
YOU WILL BE PLEASED THAT YOU DID!
Amar is no doubt by far the best Indian place in Dayton. The food exceeds the quality and the service is excellent. The most friendly staff I have ever seen. Oh BTW if you go there ask for guy named TJ, he works just weekends. The best you can get there. He’s cute+intelligent. If you know what I mean ;)
jeet is the best in the world !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Amar India as well as Jeet have by far always been the best indian food in not only
dayton but Ohio. Your always welcomed by a warm and loving staff…the food is like
heavan in your mouth. And the family friendly feeling you get is one that makes you
always come back for more. My husband and I have enjoyed them for years and highly
recommend!
Any one that votes for anything other than Kohrinoor Palace simply HAS NOT DINED
there! The name says it all ~ food fit for a palace. While we’ve enjoyed Amar & Ajanta’s
prio to their opening, we’ve not been to them since.
The most authentic, flavorful and generous food. The owner, Jessie & her
husband (rarely seen out of the kitchen!) are charming hosts! Always a warm welcome,
descriptive suggestions, spot on even in the dishes, deceptively deep which helps keep
the food warmer~
I been all Indian Restaurants but Jeet is the best Indian Restaurant.First when you enter
in the restaurant they have very nice Piano sitting on the corner.Punjabi dance music make
your dinnig more enjoyable.Servers are very Friendly.Lunch Buffet unbeatable food and
price.
Have eaten at Amar India for the last ten years- the quality and quantity of food is excellent. Have NEVER had a bad meal there. It is by far the best Indian restaurant in the Dayton area.
Kohinoor is best food I have had so far. Polite people and very nice Saag Chicken. The guy at Amar India was rude and the restaurant sucks big time. So does their food, moreover they are the worst guys when it comes to buffet. I had been twice and they have the same food/dessert. India Chat cafe is very popularly called “Frozen food cafe” at our work. We had been there once and they heated up the frozen stuff…..Creep!! Jeet and Ajanta are just average.
It would be great if all these raves actually would mention the place they’re talking about. The one that is missed is Maharajah in Beavercreek. But Amar is still the best after all these years.
