Last night at our rehersal dinner we had people from Calfornia, New Orleans, Virginia, Washington DC, North Carolina, and New Jersey. From a Col. from Wright Pat and heads from the Pentagon, Doctors etc I had a crowd that I had to really impress… I just wanted you to know that you did just that for me. All night long, I had people tell me how great the food was, and wanted to know who catered it, and even to this morning people are still talking about it.

So I just wanted to let you know, that you did a wonderful job, and it was a great success.

We had Baumbachs cater our daughter’s wedding Oct. 3, 2009 for 270 guests. The food was great, delivered on time and the price couldn’t be beat. Wendy was great to work with!

Baumbachs catered our Staff retreat with their pulled pork and BBQ Sauce. It was awesome. It made for a memorable meeting. It was also a reasonable price. Pass the Word - Baumbachs BBQ is the Best in Dayton!!!

My husband and I love to eat at Baumbach’s. We’ve tried many things off of the menu and have never been disappointed. The whole experience is awesome - a small, homey restaurant, cheerful waitresses, friendly owners, and great great great food. (We do wish you’d bring the Q-shack back to Eaton more often - I can quite make pulled pork sandwiches like you do…)

For people like Meredith who do not know, New Paris is just off the National Road (US 40) on 121 just East of the Indiana border and Richmond. I haven’t been to Baumbach’s, though. Smokin and Hickory Rivers are both great, but where’s the love for all the West Dayton places?

Baumbach’s is the best!! Delicious food, great atmosphere and the nicest people you’ll ever meet. You just can’t beat the pulled pork and cheesy hashbrown potatoes.

Where the heck is New Paris? I logged on to activeDAYTON.com to vote for the best BBQ in Dayton. The clear answer is Smokin BBQ, located in the Oregon District! Pulled pork, melt-in-your mouth brisket, and smoked burgers- all incredible! I even had the guys at Smokin BBQ smoke my bird last Thanksgiving. It was the best turkey we have ever had! Their catering is incredible- always on time with delicious, affordable food. If you voted for someone else, it must be that you haven’t tried Smokin!

Bucher’s Beat needs to take a road trip to New Paris. The Best BBQ in the area hands down. And if you need an event catered give them a call. AMAZING!

Ate at Baumbach’s a few years ago when they were starting out with the Q Shack.. If the restaurant is that good, and I’m sure it is, there is no doubt they are the best in the entire Dayton area.

these folks have figured out how to do BBQ, The next time you want to treat your and your friends to a relaxed great BBQ dinner make the drive to NewParis OH. It is THE BEST !! it’s so good we have cater our national sales meeting twice a year with sales reps from 19 states saying also that it is simply the best. “honestly is is the highlight of the meetings, The next time you need a gift idea for a birthday or Christmas gift, think of Baumbachs, your frinds will love you for it. Hi Folks

We stopped by, Baumbachs, Friday evening to get some of the good stuff to go. It was just as expected, The Best There Is! After we talked that night at the restaurant I decided I should vote right away, (after I ate of course), and tell everyone this is the place, if you want real home cooked BBQ! City Barbecue in Centerville has the best pulled pork sandwiches, tasty meaty ribs and delicious sides in this area. lucious sweet ice tea is great. Servers are friendly, anxious to make your visit one to remember & the prices will keep you coming back.

We are from barbeque country - Kansas City, Missouri. Have been in the Dayton area for 30 years and looking for good barbeque all that time. We are so happy to have come across Baumbach’s in New Paris, OH. It is wonderful, slow cooked in a pit barbeque. We liked them so much, especially Wendy, that we had them cater our daughter’s wedding reception. We got rave reviews from our guests! Try it, you will love it!!!

Hickory River Smokehouse is the best kept secret in the entire Dayton area. If you have not tried it yet then you owe it to yourself. The prices are the best anywhere and the Bar- B-Que is awesome. The Brisket with the mixed sauce is the best around.

Baumbachs is the best bbq in the world if you havent tried it yet it, you should. Really great food. i always get the pulled pork sandwich and cheesy hashbrown potatoes.
