As long as the crazy quilt of providers remains unconnected and the entrance to care remains the hospital ED, then hospitals will carry the burden of providing care to all. Better connecting points of care by linking the uninsured to the financing resources needs to be focused on directing and supporting patients to find the best level of care for the patient’s needs. This can’t happen after the fact of care in a hospital but at the front end of care. Assistance in navigating through the maze is as needed as assistance in financing care.

Why is Cafe Blvd not on here? They have a great happy hour menu for under $5 and on Monday and Tuesday nights half price bottle wine! TOM and TONY are the best bartenders EVER!!!
Happy hour is more than just cheap beer and food. Doesn’t anyone comment on the crowds and atmosphere any more? If a person wants to sit alone drink cheap beer and eat finger foods in an empty room, why not just do it at home where it is the cheapest?
People and interaction is a part of the equation when choosing a place to be happy.
Applebee’s Shold be on this list. 22ounce domestic beers $2.00 not to mention everyother drink including premioum drinks are half off, plus half off appetizers!! I go here once a week at least. It is M-F 3-7. This is my Favorite!!
Blind Bob’s offers $2.50 well drinks, $.75 off all bourbon, $10 buckets of 5 domestic beers and 10% off bourbon food items from 4-8pm daily. We also have $1.50 PBR and buckets of 5 Budwisers for $10 all the time. Wednesday nights we have the best Karaoke in town with DJ Nancy from 930p-1am.

How can Kramer’s be on this list. They don’t have happy hour specials ever. In fact, the rarely have any specials at any time.

The best happy hour in Dayton is getting in your car and driving 60 mph for 60 miles in any direction away from the center of town.
