Was Chelsea Clinton’s wedding gown a winner?
Some considered Chelsea Clinton an ugly duckling when she was a teen, but few can deny she was a gorgeous and happy swan during her wedding Saturday, July 31, to Marc Mezvinsky.
Hillary Jr. was all grown up in what US magazine describes as “a strapless, raw-edged laser cut swirling silk organza Vera Wang ball skirt and train.”
The former first daughter’s elegant look was kicked up a few notches with a sparking silvery belt. She later changed into a Vera Wang crisscross back Grecian gown for the reception.

What do you think? Did Chelsea rock the gown?

I thought she looked beautiful, but then, it really doesn’t matter what I, or anyone else thinks about her dress. All that is important is if the bride is happy with it.

doubter-I’m Protestant and my husband is Jewish. We’ve been married 15 years, have 3 kids and our families get alng famously. How dare you suggest that 2 different religions don’t work. They do if you work at your marriage like you’re supposed to.

Neither Limbaugh nor the Bushes have been out soliciting millions in donations for their “legal defense funds.” If you can’t afford to pay your own legal bills, perhaps you should limit your daughter’s wedding to maybe, oh say, $500K? Just a thought.

Why is this news? In the day to day trials and tribulations of our lives, we don’t have time to think about what the rich people are doing, how they are spending their money and this little social life thing that you think is so important. Articles like this and shows like Entertainment tonight, that concentrate on what the pretty, rich people are doing are disgusting and a waste of time to watch. We “regular” people don’t give a crap what they do.

As the daughter of an ex-President and the current Secretary of State, it is obvious that her wedding would get so much attention. Actually the newlyweds were able to keep it fairly private. They are mature adults who seem very happy. Rather than evaluate them, they deserve best wishes for a wonderful life together. Beautiful wedding.

The color seemed a little dull, but other than that, it was beautifully designed and she looked lovely.

She looked radiant and I am happy for them. Having watched Chelsea grow up over the years she sure turned out to be a beautiful young woman. Best wishes for many happy years.

Actually, the dress was much more tasteful than I thought it would be. The Clinton ladies have never been known as fashion leaders. Chelsea, while not beautiful, was glowing on her wedding day. She looked radiant and happy - a lovely bride.
