Lindsay Lohan going to jail
Let’s just hope Lindsay Lohan doesn’t run into too many mean girls in the slammer.
A Judge in Beverly Hills has sentenced the boozing “Mean Girls” star to 90 days in jail for violating her probation, according to the Associated Press.
Li-Lo apparently broke down and told the judge she thought she was in compliance.
The judge wasn’t buying it and said the “Freaky Friday” actress repeatedly lied about taking drugs and drinking, the AP says.
Lohan was ordered to reported to court July 20.
What do you think? Is 90 days too tough? Who wants to bet she doesn’t serve the whole sentence? I am thinking two weeks.

Great news, lock the bimbo up. The only problem I see is the taxpayers wasted money on the drunk, drug infested white trash. Throw away the key.

She’s special.(so she thinks) Won’t see more than a week in jail. She may be a very talented actress, but she is a total mess. She’s digging her own grave.

Her jail time will be delayed indefinately. She will have a “nervous breakdown” or sudden illness that will put her in the hospital. Then the need for a complete phychological evaluation with a stint in rehab…again. Then it will start all over again.

Would we be asking if it was too tough of a sentence if this was Joe Schmoe? No we would not!!! This is the normal sentencing for the crime committed.

Apparently everyone is forgetting what happened to the little rich girl last time, what was it like 80 minutes then she was out due to overcrowding. The justice system these days is a joke, people with money can kill (OJ Simpson) and get away with it just cause they wore small gloves that day. What a joke!!

Please send her away and put us out of our misery. I’m tired of hearing about her. But let’s face it, she will only send probably a 2-3 in jail and then she will be out to grin, cry and prance in front of the cameras again for another photo opt. I say send her to jail, then straight into a car to rehab an put a gag order on her.

Just because she is famous does not mean she should be givin any special treatment!!Im sick of everyone saying she deserves a break…If I was on probation and violated it drinking and drugging as she did, they would probably give me a longer sentence!! Lock the white trash up for longer

She should do the entire 90 days, no one else would get a breaks like that and what are they waiting for anyhow? Her to kill and innocent person - she’s had it too good up until now, that’s why it continues.
