A different Clooney coming to Yellow Springs
Nick Clooney may best be known as actor George Clooney’s dad and singer Rosemary Clooney brother, but the former Cincinnati Post columnist and Kentucky politician has had quite the life himself.
The veteran broadcast journalist and author will be the star of the Little Art Theatre’s “Clooney at the Movies and Auction Gala,” 5:30 p.m. June 25 at Antioch University, McGregor, 900 Dayton St. in Yellow Springs. The movie theater hopes to raise $20,000.
Clooney is widely known as a former host for cable channel American Movie Classics and for his book “The Movies That Changed Us: Reflections on the Screen.”
His appearance includes silent and live auctions, food, beer, wine and a raffle of two movie tickets at the Little Art for a year. Admission is $40.

Can’t be that boring if you took the time to read the article and then post your feelings about it here. Little Art Theatre is a local treasure and to have Nick Clooney come is important culturally.
