Octomom didn’t know eight kids at once would be hard, regrets it
The Octomom admits in the US Weekly Magazine on stands now what you’d think anyone who has ever changed a diaper could guess.
Have eight babies at once is like being jumped into a gang especially when you are single, unemployed and already raising six other children.
“I think it was a mistake - in terms of the well-being of the octupets and of my other kids. I can’t give myself to all of them 100 percent. I wish I could,” Nadya Suleman says according to a Monday, Aug. 3, segment on NBC’s “Today” featuring US Weekly staff editor Lindsay Powers.
Suleman gave birth to the world’s longest-surviving set of octuplets on Jan. 26.
Despite four nannies and a dozen helpers, it has been a tough road for the Octomom, Powers said.
“She says she lives her life in a could have, would have, should have mind set,” Powers said on Today. “She never would have fathomed having octuplets if she knew it would be this difficult to raise them.”
Octo OOPS!
No shocker here, between raising her kids and writing her memoirs, Suleman gets very little sleep.
“She doesn’t even have time to go gorcery shopping,” Powers said. “She said she’s like a prison in her house surrounded by security cameras because every time she goes out she is taunted.”
Last month she signed agreements for each of her 14 children to earn $250 a day to star in a reality television show.

Looks like she got all ‘star skinny’ for her show, but how long can a show stay on the air when it’s only about diapering, feeding, burping,learning the names of your 46 kids? ok number one this woman should be shot! when she decided to “preserve the life” that her embryos represented by haveing this many children, she should have actually thought about what the would mean to the money cituation. number two : the poor kids are going to grow up in an environment that teaches them how to mooch off of actual productive parts of society and have every thing handed to them. if this were a perfect world this woman should lose her children because she is only lookin out for herself. if those children were who she was lookin out for she would have thought about the six she already had, but no she wanted all the spotlight so she could have everyone pay her way .there are so many perfectly good women out there that cannot have children that could have benifited from what octo-idiot takes for granted. i for one will not waste my time watching her show because there is to much in the news about her as it is. if she thinks it is hard now wait till she has all of the kids in teen years and is dealing with it all on her own, haha . there should be a law about stupid people,octo-idiot can be the poster child for it ! i feel bad for the kids because they ultimately will be the ones that suffer for her selfishness.By linda

I can’t help but compare Octomom with Jon and Kate because they are all using the kids to raise their own image and receive attention. It is sad that these people cannot be satisfied with themselves in their own world. And even more sad that reality shows get the ratings that they do and allow these people to continue using the kids for their own selfish reasons.By T

why should she get paid for a show on her kids. her and her doctor both are wrong. i won’t watch the show and i sure don’t feel sorry for her. but i do feel sorry for her kids. especially with times the way they are. its hard enough when you married and both work to raise just one or two let alone 14 and not married to boot. I have 8 rescue cats (+ 3 mutts) and enough is enough already!I can’t imagine trying to care for 8 (+6)babies.I raised 2 children who naturally took all my time to care for. Octomom and her doc both must be somewhat crazy to even consider this would work out! Poor little babies.By telene brookbank

I for one feel sorry for her. She didn’t intend to have 8. I commend her for not aborting her children. I don’t understand why the courts ever got involved. If she was living with her boyfriend & had 14 kids by 5 different men & was on welfare nobody would say anything about it. She is trying to help her kids by doing the show. These children are here, they have a soul, even if we dont like her or not we have to be compassionate, there are babies born everyday to crack mothers, babies thrown in trash cans, babies with not even regaurded as humans, lets deal with it, yeah she may not be mother of the year, but she is trying her best. I have said it before, many times, and I will say it again — Stupid People Shouldn’t Breed. They only decrease the intelligence of the population as a whole. I’m not saying that the poor children will be as dumb as the mother(idiot). I feel very sorry for the children. They are the ones that are suffering and will suffer the rest of their lives. Any person (man or woman) that sees only an opportunity for income in children should be sterilized and have those children taken away so that responsible, intelligent adults can care for them properly.
