Does Magazine’s cover photo of Michael Jackson’s death go too far?
OK! Magazine paid top dollars for a photo of the King of Pop dead or dying, but should they have made it the cover shot of this week’s magazine?
The celebrity magazine is catching more than a little flak for doing just that.
Gawker.com and other sources say OK! paid $500,000 for the photo of Michael Jackson apparently taken as he laid dying or dead Thursday, June 25.
Maybe that’s why they they figured they could do what they wanted with it. But seriously, do we really need to see a dead man while standing in line to buy eggs and Slim Jims?
What the heck?
In other MJ news, Jermaine Jackson told the Today Show’s Matt Lauer that he wishes he had died instead of his brother.
“I always felt I was his backbone,” an emotional Jermaine Jackson says, adding that he always tried to protect his brother.

Jonas Brother getting married
So sorry pre-teen ladies.
It looks like one of the Jonas Brothers will be off of the market soon.
Kevin Jonas, 21, was engaged to his girlfriend Danielle Deleasa Wednesday, according to the Associated Press.
No date has been set, so perhaps you can swoop in and bring K2 to his senses.
