After long and careful debate, Miley Cyrus will return for a fourth season of Hannah Montana, The Disney Channel announced Monday.

“Miley and the producers have proposed a change of setting for Season Four that will provide the catalyst for wonderful new characters and further expand the storytelling opportunities,” reads a statement. Of course they have.

Production on the show’s current third season ends this week; shooting will resume early next year.

At Sunday’s MTV Movie Awards, Cyrus — who picked up the award for Best Song for “The Climb” — told Usmagazine.com she will spending her summer shooting a movie that Notebook author Nicholas Sparks wrote especially for her.

My five-year-old nieces love Miley, so it’s good for them Dinsey keeps chruning them out and lining their pockets. They don’t know The 3:10 to Yuma, though. That bothers me.
