Breastfeeding Angelina pictures published

original.jpg

We’re all sick of Angelina-earth-mother-goddess-of-beauty-and-light, but prepare to get a bit sicker.

Brad Pitt’s long-awaited photos of Angelina Jolie for W magazine, shot in August, are finally coming out — with their blessing, not to worry. Today the cover, featuring Jolie breastfeeding one of the new twins Knox and Vivienne, was released. The whole thing hits newsstands next week and was shot at the house the couple and their six kids have leased in France.

At least she’s of age, unlike Jamie Lynn Spears.

Christie Brinkley loses latest court battle

brinkley_cook320.jpg

It seems to be going around, this telling your ex to shut the heck up about the marriage that was.

But Christie Brinkley lost the latest round, being denied her request for a temporary restraining order that would have stopped her ex-husband Peter Cook from seeing their children over the weekend. Brinkley’s motion was filed Wednesday; Cook’s revealing interview with ABC’s Barbara Walters is set to air Friday, Oct. 10.

On Thursday, Brinkley’s lawyer issued the following statement: “The court order mandates that since Peter Cook has the children this weekend, his parenting has to be away from his home and he can’t expose them to the 20/20 broadcast. Christie Brinkley’s sole concern is to protect her children.”

A source close to Cook explains that Brinkley fought for the temporary restraining order “because the kids are seen in footage during the 20/20 interview.” The Cook source added, “I find it silly that someone who not only allows her children to be in the media but encourages it would have a complaint like this.”

Charlize Theron: $20M for wrong watch?

s-CHARLIZE-large.jpg

Charlize Theron will have to pay — big time — for wearing the wrong watch, a Manhattan judge has ruled.

Watchmaker Raymond Weil has already won summary judgment in a federal civil complaint that Theron broke their deal by failing to exclusively wear the pricey timekeeper in public.

Theron and her production company, Denver & Delilah Films Inc., were listed as defendants. The “Monster” star begged out of penalties, but the judge denied her. “It is obvious that Theron cannot be dismissed … she was not an unwary agent,” the judge wrote, noting that Theron’s initials appeared 10 times on the 10-page contract the actress broke.

Damages will be awarded at a jury trial. The watchmaker is seeking $20 million.

Brolin has harsh words for Shreveport cops

images-1.jpg

Josh Brolin opened up about his arrest after a barroom brawl in Louisiana during a wrap party for his new movie, “W.,” at Shreveport’s Stray Cat in July. Brolin wound up maced, co-star Jeffery Wright was tasered, and five fellow cast and crew members were thrown in jail. Though he was charged with interfering with an arrest, Brolin described a very different scene than the one painted by early reports from the Shreveport police.

“None of us were drunk; we had just finished shooting three or four hours before,” Brolin told Hollywood Elsewhere columnist Jeffrey Wells. He says the conflict started between Wright, who plays Colin Powell in “W.”, and the establishment’s bartender.

“I don’t know the specifics between Jeffrey [Wright] and the bartender, but he was asked to leave, and I know that was why the cops came, to say OK, it’s time to escort you out. Not because [Jeffrey] was yelling or screaming. He was just saying, ‘Look, I’m here with my friends, I’m celebrating the end of our movie,’ and then they escorted him out, [and] we wanted to know why, and they didn’t want to tell us. They immediately resorted to violence. Which is what the police are there to try and stop and prevent. That didn’t happen. They were the violent ones.”

Witnesses on the scene reportedly heard arresting officers shouting racial slurs. Brolin also confirmed the existence of the long-rumored cell-phone video of the episode. He said, “It was us going….you can see it on the tape…us going ‘whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, WHOA.’ There was no fight-back at all.”

So why is Brolin going public with this now, three month after the incident and a month before the trial? Simple. He was waiting for the authorities in Louisiana to drop charges and make amends, to no avail. “My lawyers are befuddled right now. They do not understand and they have never experienced anything like this. The dealings with the Shreveport legal system … I said you know what, it’s too long now, I’m done. I’m done being nice. What’s the worst, they’re gonna put me in jail a couple of months because I spoke out about [their] abuse?”

“I have never ever, ever, ever, ever seen an escalation of paranoia and abuse like that … ever. And I know a lot of cops. Everybody knows I have a checkered past and I’ve been in situations that are kind of tough. I’ve never ever been treated like that by cops. Ever.”

Brolin’s court date in Shreveport is sometime in November or December, while “W.” hits theaters on October 17.

Nikki Blonsky “in constant pain” after brawl

nikki_blonsky150.jpg

Nikki Blonsky says she lives “every day in pain” since the July 30 fight involving the family of Bianca Golden, a former contestant on America’s Next Top Model.

Speaking for the first time about the brawl, the Hairspray actress, 19, told People that she and her father Carl are “completely destroyed” by the incident.

The fight erupted at the Providenciales International Airport, where the Blonsky family was waiting to fly home from a Caribbean vacation in the Turks and Caicos. Blonsky says that the Golden family, including Bianca, her mother Elaine and her brother George, grew angry when some passengers were saving seats in the departure area.

Things took a nasty turn, she says, when she asked Bianca not to point her finger in her face. “That’s when she stood up, pulled her arm all the way back and said, ‘F—- you, you white b——.’ And she closed her fist and punched me,” says Blonsky. Golden, whose mother, Elaine, had to be airlifted to a hospital for her injuries, gave a very different account, telling Tyra Banks that Nikki kicked her mother in the groin and that Carl punched her mom in the face. “Absolute lies,” says Nikki.

Nikki, Carl and Bianca all face assault charges related to the fight.

Courteney Cox: “I HATED Botox!!”

court-mc-n.jpg

Did he/she or didn’t he/she? Perfect the fine art of forehead watching and you’ll find yourself a winner of the Botox guessing game — plus, it’s a fun way to pass the time during stupid sitcoms and boring debates. Katie Couric, we’re onto you, and Courteney Cox, nice of you to come clean!

“Botox? I think it’s fantastic and also horrible,” she tells November’s Marie Claire. “I mean, they’ve come up with this stuff that can make you not look angry. But you have to use it sparingly.

“I went to this doctor once,” Cox, 44, continues, “and he was like, ‘Oh, let me do it just here and here and here.’ And I was miserable. I mean, I’m an actor, I’ve got to be able to move my face. When people start messing with their foreheads and can’t lift their eyebrows, that’s weird. It’s not that I haven’t tried Botox — but I hated it.”
