Baron Cohen makes catwalk splash

Any fan of Da Ali G show knows Bruno; any fan of Sacha Baron Cohen knows he’s up for anything, humiliation be damned. For his new movie, “Bruno: Delicious Journeys Through America for the Purpose of Making Heterosexual Male” (aka “Untitled Bruno Project”), Baron Cohen crashed a Milan fashion show, making it all the way to the runway Friday, Sept. 26.

He was pretty quickly scooped up and taken to the police station, but not before showing a keen fashion sense and a lovely new hairstyle for Bruno. Baron Cohen was without identification, so somebody brought him his passport and he was released without charge.

The movie is being shot in the same documentary style as “Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan.”

Here’s the Daily Mail story, complete with video.

Sarah Palin swimsuit video hits Web

A video of Sarah Palin’s 1984 pageant swimsuit competition (she came in second) has hit the Web in a big way. The poster, “hearthetruthamerica,” has uploaded what he claims to be 100% real footage of Sarah Palin in a red tank suit in the 1984 Miss Alaska contest. She walks out, does a 360, walks further, turns around again, and then walks off. And looks amazing doing it.

“Sarah says she wants to prepare for a career in television broadcasting by majoring in telecommunications and political science. It is no wonder that she has also been recognized by ‘Who’s Who?’ since she has displayed her leadership in all areas, from academics to student politics to athletics… Ladies and gentlemen, contestant No. 8, Sarah Heath.”

More to come, or so the YouTuber promises.
