Jolivette gives apology deadline

Butler County Commissioner Gregory Jolivette is incensed over allegations from auditor candidate Jack Zettler that Jolivette got a special deal on his property value appraisal this year.

The commissioner is demanding an immediate, public apology. Said he:

“He has until election day to publicly apologize to me and after that he might as well not waste his breath because it’s not going to mean anything…I will continue to have complete and utter disrespect for his character. I’ve spent 25 years as a public servant and never have been accused of doing something wrong. I might have someone who doesn’t like my votes or my policies but never accused me of doing something dishonest, and I won’t stand for it. It (an apology) is not going to mean a hill of beans if he does it after the election.”

Give us a break Greg, wah, wah, wah. All we have heard you do is cry everytime anyone points out your shortcomings. Why didn’t you “cry” Greggie for us taxpayers when you were allowing your own top administrator, Conklin to rob us taxpayers blind by giving his wife huge raises and getting you to vote for them ! Why didn’t you “cry” for us taxpayers who also picked up the tab when Furmon’s sonin laws salary jumped from $18.000. a year as a meter reader to over $80,000 a year as a Department Head…and you voted for it!! Cry for us taxpayers Greg (instead of for your miserable self) whose pockets are being picked every day by politicians like you. IN TWO YEARS, GREG JOLIVETTE, WHEN WE THROW YOU OUT OF OFFICE THAN CRY FOR YOURSELF!!

Out of all that I have read, Zettler never claimed Jollivette did anything wrong. Does he have a guilty conscience? He is a wah-baby. Reynolds has some serious allegations against him changing the public records and all, so grand puppet Greggy needs to puff some smoke to deflect Reynolds’ wrong-doing. And Rogers, I mean Reynolds, bigtalks about suing Zettler. FOR WHAT? If he has proof, then Reynolds needs to shut his mouth and take his lumps. Why doesn’t the Journal look into Reynolds’ change of the records? That’s the issue. Isn’t that the job of the newspaper to look into things like that instead of playing games to protect a weasel like Reynolds?

Let me get this straight, “[Zettler] has until election day to publicly apologize [to Jolivette] … after that it’s not going to mean anything … [i]t is not going to mean a hill of beans if he does it after the election.” Of course, I see, Jolivette must be running for reelection. Oh no, wait, you say I’m wrong. Jolivette is not running for election. Oh, how stupid of me, how so very obvious, his pal Roger the Dodger is running.

Zettler tells lies and makes misleading comments and it’s Jolivette that at fault? Zettler’s property’s went down, as did a number of other prominent Democrats, and some Republicans went down and some went up…yet Zettler hand picks his charges for political advantage, disregarding their truth. Give ME a break.

Zettler DOES NOT need to apologize for telling the TRUTH!!! Kay Rogers also said he was lying and smearing her, and threatened to sue; sounds like Reynolds is using the same auditor playbook to me!!! HAHAHA! Where was the outrage there Jolivette???
